How we run it
A construction clean is not a deep clean with extra steps. It is a different job: fine dust that settles three times before it stops, adhesive residue that needs the right solvent, and a finish standard that a landlord walkthrough will scrutinize.
The rough clean happens while trades are still on site. We clear debris, sweep and vacuum, and keep the space workable so the next crew is not fighting through mess to get their work done.
The final clean covers every interior surface: glass and frames inside and out, fixtures, vents, door hardware, millwork, cabinet interiors, and every horizontal ledge that collected dust during the build.
The detail clean is the last pass before handover, done after the punch list is closed. We catch what settled overnight and apply the initial floor finish so the space is presentable the day tenants walk it.
