Office buildings in the Austin metro. That includes multi-tenant towers, single-tenant offices, professional suites, and creative or converted spaces. We do not clean homes, restaurants, or retail floors, because staying inside one category is how we keep the standard consistent.

What areas do you serve?

Austin and the surrounding metro, including Downtown Austin, East Austin, South Congress, The Domain, North Austin, Westlake, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Pflugerville. If your building sits just outside that list, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. BrightFloor is licensed, bonded, and carries general liability and workers compensation coverage. We provide certificates of insurance to your property manager before the first shift, and we can name your landlord as an additional insured where the lease requires it.

Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?

They are our employees. Everyone is background checked, trained on our scope and safety procedures, and covered by our insurance. We do not subcontract nightly work to third parties.

What time do your crews work?

Most accounts are cleaned after hours, typically between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM, in a window you choose. If your building prefers a daytime porter or a split schedule, we can staff that instead.

Do you supply the products and equipment?

Yes. We bring our own equipment and cleaning products. If your building has a green cleaning policy or a required product list, we will work from it. Consumables such as paper goods and soap can be supplied by us or by your building, whichever you prefer.

Can you handle a one-time deep clean or a move-out?

Yes. Post-construction cleanups, move-in and move-out cleans, and one-time deep cleans are all available without a nightly contract. Floor restoration work is often booked this way first, before an account moves to a regular schedule.

How is pricing determined?

By square footage, the scope you need, and how often crews visit. We walk the space, build the scope room by room, and quote against that. Pricing is a flat monthly figure for recurring work, so your invoice does not move month to month.

Is the walkthrough and quote free?

Yes. The walkthrough, the written scope, and the quote cost nothing and carry no obligation. You keep the scope document regardless of whether you hire us.

Do you require a long contract?

No. Our recurring agreements run month to month after an initial thirty day period, cancellable with thirty days notice. We would rather earn the renewal than hold you to a term.

How do you handle building access and security?

However your building requires. We work with property management on keys, fobs, badge credentials, and alarm codes, and we keep a log of who holds what. Crews are trained to lock up, reset alarms, and never prop a door.

What happens if something is missed?

Call or email us and we return to correct it at no charge. Every account has a named supervisor whose contact details you have directly, so you are not filing a ticket into a queue.

How do you keep quality consistent over time?

Three things: the same assigned crew rather than a rotating roster, a written checklist logged on every visit, and a scheduled walkthrough with your supervisor. Consistency is a process, not a promise.
