How we run it
Hard floors fail slowly, then all at once. Finish wears thin in the traffic lanes, dirt grinds into the surface, and by the time it looks bad the fix is a full restoration. Planned floor care avoids that cycle entirely.
We identify what each floor actually is before we touch it. Vinyl, terrazzo, sealed concrete, and porcelain all want different chemistry and different pad grades, and using the wrong one is how floors get ruined.
Routine work happens on a cycle we agree on up front: burnishing to bring the shine back, scrubbing to pull soil out of the finish, and a full strip and refinish only when the coating genuinely needs replacing.
Heavy work is scheduled for weekends or holidays so your floors are dry, cured, and back in service before anyone returns to the office.
