Done to the label, documented every time.

Disinfection

Disinfection is a separate step from cleaning, and it only works when the surface is cleaned first and the product is left to sit for its full dwell time. We use EPA-registered disinfectants, follow the label, and document what was treated.

What is included

  • High-touch surface disinfection on every visit
  • Restroom and break room protocols
  • Electrostatic application for large or complex spaces
  • Response cleaning after a reported illness
  • EPA-registered products applied to label dwell times

How we run it

Wiping a surface with a disinfectant and immediately drying it does almost nothing. The product needs contact time, and the surface needs to be clean before the product goes down. Most of the value here is in the discipline, not the chemical.

We clean first and disinfect second. Soil on a surface blocks the disinfectant from reaching what it is meant to kill, so the order of operations is not negotiable.

High-touch points get treated on every nightly visit: door hardware, light switches, shared desks, phones, conference tables, appliance handles, and restroom fixtures.

For larger requests or a reported illness in the building, we can deploy electrostatic application to cover complex surfaces evenly, and we schedule it so the space is back in normal use the next morning.
