How we run it
Nightly cleaning is the service most office managers judge a vendor on, because it is the one they see the results of every single morning. We build your scope room by room, assign a crew to your building, and hold them to it.
Every account starts with a walkthrough. We document each room, note the finishes and surfaces involved, and agree on what gets done nightly, weekly, and monthly. That scope becomes the checklist your crew works from.
Crews clean after hours in the window you set, usually between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM. They badge in under whatever access process your building requires, and we work with property management on keys, fobs, and alarm codes.
Every visit is logged. You receive a record of what was completed and any issue the crew found, from a leaking fixture to a burned out lamp, so building problems reach you before tenants report them.
